Prince plays funky drums... (sexual suicide, tamborine)
Prince does funny acoustic sets on guitar
Prince plays cool piano sets
Prince has 100's of bootleg songs.

please rolleyes The ability 2 play an instrument doesn't make some1 a better performer than MJ...if this was true then george formby would be a better performer tha the King of pop neutral

I'll give ya 4 more-

He's still made of flesh
He's still performing
He's still out of the red
He's still got rhythm

One reason:

Because Prince doesn't get pre-pubescent little boys drunk, then show them pornography and play with their genitals.

Thank you this is so silly. They are both great at what they do and I respect them and their talent.
I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that

2 simplistic...Hitler, Mussolini and Stalin were considered 'great' by many...but the beauty of havin' a human mind is that we can debate and define truth or redefine past truth...U sit on the fence anymore and Ur gonna get splinters in yo ass neutral

Listen, some one had to tech MJ to dance, Prince had to learn everything for step 1, Prince now controls everything he does, he doesn't need any1 to help him, not even a record comany, where as MJ need the help, need ppl to play instruments for him, backing vox, producing. Damn is that enough!

Well i actually think MJ did learn to dance mostly by himself! But you are right about the other stuff.

No one had too teach Mike how to dance. He was dancing since he was 5, he would watch James Brwon, Jackie Wilson, Joe Tex and others.

Voice? MJ has a much superior voice than Prince's. It has way more power, energy and just sounds cleaner, just listen to Wanna Be Startin Something and Beat It. Thats why Michael Jackson has the best voice of all time, Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey sound good on their power ballads but sound pretty shitty on the fast paced songs where they can't do their 'holding the same note for ten minutes shit'. MJ never shows off his voice like these two clowns, his voice never gets annoying.

BTW Michael Jackson did come up with the bassline in Billie Jean, Quincy Jones talks about it in the Thriller remastered edition. MJ has alo produced most of Thriller and Bad by himself. In a way it is good to work with other musicians as MJ has, it takes his music in new directions.
