Where Is His Royal Badness?

I really miss Prince. What the hell did Warner Bros. do 2 our purple king? The rumors of the war was over the output of his music. Its seem now that the music comes at slower pace. And the songs lack the funky fire of 1999 & Purple Rain. I no longer hear the haunting funk of a When Doves Cry or the Question Of U. Where is splendor pop of Raspberry Beret or Take Me With U. No more humor of Bob George or any of The Time's jams. Things really started to go wrong with introduction of the NPG, Mayte and Larry Graham? Things kinda picked with The Rainbow Children but it lacked his raunchiness. I really miss Prince. He seems 2b playin' it safe. I remember an interview with MTV and he said in his vault was the future of music. Was he referring the his old jams or did he mean he had new jams. And if he was referring 2 new jams what happened? Is he selling them to other artist like Gwen Stefani, D'Angelo, Pharrell, Missy Elliot and who ever else is on the radio. Maybe he is lacking inspiration. There is no reason for his output 2b so slow. And the material is alot weaker. Prince is still my favorite artist, I just miss the fire, the funk, the raunchiness & that infamous attitude. Where is the heavy guitar over the hauntung funky beats? Where is His Royal Badness? I miss him!

The great thing with Prince, is you never know what you are going to get. A magnificent piece might be just around the corner, and that's what keeps us hanging around. Some artists you just know are going to deliver the same mediocre standard until they disappear, but with Prince you always know he is capable of delivering something truly fascinating, it's just a question of whether he actually does...

At the end of the day, though, Prince is getting older. How many older artists truly produce new music that really rocks? I tend to think that sort of music is getting increasingly behind him, replaced by a more moderate, skilled well-crafted sort of sound. But you just never know...

LMAO, the guy has produced over 1,000 songs that you can get your hands on, plus countless concerts that are floating out there, and yet that STILL ISN'T ENOUGH.

LOL.

He ran off to join the circus. I understand he wants to be the elephant trainer.
