If its the one I remember, it's also on the STUDIO NIGHTS set, the pre Warners boombox tapes - its Prince snd then Girlfriend Nadeara goofing around, they must've been high!
Sidenote: a good friend of mine and Prince fam here in Toronto work(ed) with Nadeara's sister - weird coincidence since he was the first person to introduce me to the bootlegs. Shout out 2 Hi-Tone!  | |

It's a "fake" interview that Prince and a girlfriend made in 1978,probably to prepare him for the real interviews that he was gearing up to do.His girlfriend is named Nadeara,and the interview is really bizarre and crazy.At one point,she starts laughing hysterically and can't control herself...lol...then she asks him about his new single "Soft and Wet" and he explains he came up with the concept by touching his mother's dead corpse (or something like that).It's really silly and childish,but also hilarious at times. | |
