we often discuss "best this,best that" thing when we talk about prince.

but what about the things we like about his guitar playing ,
or the things we like less ,he is not perfect after all.

i like:the way he bends string,ascedental runs,fast furios aprouch to a guitar,combination of rhythm and solo playing at the same time.
i also like his a bility to recover fast when he plays bum notes.

i dont like: i don't like when he doesnt try,insted he give us some very conventional playing (0rave 2000 dvd for example.
and also his guitar sound sometimes is way to sintetic for my taste.i like more when his guitar have that raw sound(hohner ?!)

i rarely "feel" emotions when i hear prince playing guitar live.....his piano playing and acoustic guitar, yes..

but when he goes into his guitar solo's, with a few exceptions, i end up being bored.

same with santana...not saying they are not accomplished; there just arent my cup o tea....

I think Prince is at his best when he's behind a guitar
so there isn't much I don't enjoy about it.

Though some of his "funk faces" are a little too funky

I like the chicken scratch!
