Why did Prince say this @ the Alladin show? Was it the funk or did something piss him off?

And also, what's up w/ his guitar throwing thang? He also tossed the bass at the end of his jam w/ Larry, going in2 Kiss on the RaveUn2 DVD.

I think it was just an expression going round. Prince says, He says that at the end of the Beyonce/Grammy performance, and says 'Don't hate me 'cos I'm beautiful' at the beginning of Prettyman on the 'Rave' cd.

As far as throwing guitars/bass, it's just a thing he does to impress the crowds quite often, 'look, I'm so caught up in the moment I don't mind wrecking this expensive guitar'.
