Commercials? A friend of mine asked me has Prince ever been in a commercial or advertised anything? I cockily answered Nooo, he wouldn't do something like that. However, i need clarifying from all of you know it alls. I was also wondering whether he's done any lucrative sponserships for his tours?
I can't imagine that he has but then again MJ had a major deal with Pepsi in the 80's and 90's and also did commercials for them. Any answers would be appreciated. [b]  | |

Prince was in a Chevrolet commerical a few years ago. He also had a tour sponsored by Coke back in the day.

If I'm remembering correctly, they showed a clip of his video for "Little Red Corvette" in that commercial, so technically he was in it.  | |

The one I recall seeing was a box of Prince Spaghetti in this spot lite.. it had on a purple type sparkly out fit.. then you heard this music.. and the annoucer said.. "And now.. Prince Spaghetti, now appearing in concert with your favorite Pasta sauce"... LOL Crazy stuff.. Prince Lawyers had a field day.. LIGHTEN UP! | |
