in pre-listening reviews of the Emancipation album one reporter had
a review of "She Gave Her Angels" as a track being on the album so
it was included up until a very late point in the sequencing of the
tracklist.

yeah, I know what you mean. They weren't on the released album
so they shouldn't be included here, even if they came from the
same sessions. Still, those tracks fit well imo on my own nice
