Purple Rain

Whats the longest live version you've heard of or know of of this song?

Either that you have on cd or that you were there personally to hear.

I think the longest i've heard is 18 minutes and change, usually because of a long guitar solo on the front as the intro or a kick ass one at the end.

Have any of you heard of or know of any longer?

"Atlanta did yall have a good time?" "Did yall have a good time?"

"Well so did IIIII!!"

He did a 18:40 version on the Atlanta '85 Purple Rain concert.

I don't think i've ever heard a long one. The Syracuse one is pretty long too also but I don't know the exact time.

Ahem, most versions he plays just seem to last an eternity, just like any version he does of Nothing compares 2 U.

But at least these songs give me plenty of opportunity to go on a P and B-run!
