Why does Prince wear makeup.... and so much of it? He is delicious without it, but I believe he's been sporting pancake foundation and eyeliner since Dirty Mind or thereabouts.
According to Carmen Electra, he sleeps with it on as well. What gives? And don't just reply with "Oh, he's eccentric." Thank you very much.  Come here, babe.. yeah... | |

People man and women just look better with some makeup. It covers up imperfectinons and I'm sure Prince noticed that eyeliner really opens up people's eyes and makes them look bigger so I'm sure he realised eyeliner was need for that full effect 'Prince look".  | |

-Cause it's one of his trademarks just like the fancy clothes and luscious hair. -Cause it looks good on him (especially the eyeliner-that looks good on everyone) -Cause it helps him maintain that "Damn! Does Prince ever age?" reaction If you will, so will I | |

It's pretty rare to find a pic of Prince post-1980 without some form of makeup on. Even in the "candid" paparazzi shots that pop up from time to time, he's got at least eyeliner or lip gloss on. I did wear mascara today though, because I'd bought a new one and wanted to see how it heldup under 40 degree (celsius) heat. Not well, as it turns out. "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!" | |
