does anybody know if this album was released as a cd?
i wish it was offered as a download from npgmc.

In Germany and Japan for sure.

The CDs go for silly money (like many other of the PP/Related artists CD releases). So unless you're a collector, or enjoy paying through the nose - get the vinyl, you should be able to find it for a very reasonable price in excellent condition from all the usual places:

I got the Vinyl last week for $6 still sealed ... very cheap...
