When was it recorded? Who is whispering on that track, is it Prince or someone else? Who is singing backup on it? Walking alone in the dark, I see nothing u see

According to Uptown's The Vault, recorded in late 1990. It was given to rapper Louie Louie for his album 'Let's Get Started'.
I don't know who whispers on Prince's version. If not Prince himself, possibly Carmen Electra since she was around at that time. | |
