I'm not sure, but she did open 4 him on the Dirty Mind Tour and Jill Jones was her backup singer and that's how they met.

Teena pretty much kept it on the hush. However, after it came time to settle the estate this is when Teena spoke up. She had kept quite about their child together out of respect of Rick's wishes .

I saw her do it on "Motown Live" back in 1999. She didn't perform the whole song. She performed "Lovergirl" and broke it down into "Sexy Dancer" a little while.

I haven't heard about this. I wouldn't be surprised though.

I didn't know that Rick James.com still existed, but that's good that his people are doing this for his fans. I haven't heard of the other site. I remember reading Teena's liner notes from "La Dona" and she mentioned her daughter's father, but I can't remember his name as I'm writing this. I have to look.
