Here's a few points...

1. It's a bootleg, not an official release (obviously)

2. It's not 'remastered' (a bit of EQing and volume adjustment does not qualify)

3. There is no extended version of Uptown

4. There is no extended version of many of the tracks listed as being on the album.
(therefore they must just be the regular album versions, so what's the point?)

I knew there wasnt no official xtended head or uptown..

and why waste almost an entire side of a 4-side set on "America" when it isn't too hard to find anyway? plus, some of those mixes sound fan-made, and most of the ones i've heard have some major "cut-and-paste" rhythm problems

The only bootleg of 12 Inches I can advise you is T’s 12" Archive v2.0

It contains all extended version / remixes and all B-sides untill 1988.
The 6th disc contains some hard to find promo versions, which are rather crappy, except the damn near 10 minutes version of Gett Off
It’s a FAN-RELEASE, so you’re not supposed to pay loads of money for it!
Another good thing about this great release: the soundquality is excellent.
