It would be alright..it wouldn't probably sell as big. But I dig the songs. Good choices! Now where are the B-sides/new songs at the end? smile

Are you only using songs that were released as singles? Singles/hits and "best of" would be pretty different.

And are there really that many? Because I haven't seen over half of those videos.

The Hits 1 and 2 mostly stuck to actual hits (released as singles and made it big on radio and in sales). But they did include non-single, non-hit cuts such as "When You Were Mine." And of course, tracks like "Pink Cashmere", "The Pope" and the live "Nothing Compares 2 U," but those were new and intended as extras.

I hear ya, but the problem with a "greatest hits" package nowadays is that there really aren't any "greatest hits" in terms of actual HITS since WB released The Hits back in '93. That was pretty definitive up to that point, save a few omissions.

interesting proposiion. If Prince were to release a best of 1993-2005--what would be on it?

Why does that first paragraph seem so familiar?
