suprisingly. its the only party of the song that sort of works. the rest is a mess.

I think the media has re-enforced some sort of Prince vs. Michael thing, so deep into people's minds, that anything he says can be taken as a jab at MJ.

Sorry... I just don't see it.

Okay, you guys are probably going to start suggesting I smoke something but when I first heard the nose job bit, I just thought he meant he could reach a high note without going underneath a knife. Then I thought it was MJ or Madonna refrence. By the forth time I listened to the song it was appareant I just didn't like Life o the Party so I moved on.

A couple of singers have gone under the knife for exactly that reason. If you follow what Prince said, it could be a reference to ANY celeb who has had a nose job, especially singers. MJ would fall in this category of course, but it isn't necessarily a specific reference to him.
