Well I hate to say it but I gave into the reality TV bug.

Anyways I gave into it to watch Rock Star: Inxs. Partly because I'm a huge Michael Hutchence (the former frontman before he died.) I'm not too happy about this medium to replace him. However, I can't b*tch about it forever. I just have to accept it as - it will happen.

Anyways what in the world does this have to do with P?

Real easy...one of the contestants, her name is Jordis Unga and her idol is who???? I'll give you a clue if you didn't catch the title. 6 letters.

I watched the first night and she was one of my favorites. Didn't see it last night. I am assuming she did not get kicked off yet..
She reminded me of Ani DiFranco a bit.

It's hard for bands when the lead singer dies/leaves, even if he wasn't the one who started the band. Fleetwood Mac were dull during that period without Lindsay Buckingham and Stevie Nicks, Queen now have the guy who sung with Free, The Doors had Ian Astbury of The Cult a while back, didn't Terence Trent D'Arby tryout as INXS' singer for a while?

You may be a great band, but without the charismatic lead singer, it just ain't the same. It's sad to think that whoever wins this competition with INXS will more than likely actually use them as a step up to a solo career!

But mostly, I just can't see INXS being fronted by a female. It just wouldn't be INXS.

I think the guy with the Mick Jagger moves would be a good frontman for the band. Jordis has a great voice - and she's cute

THERE IS NO INXS WITHOUT MICHAEL - NOBODY CAN EVER REPLACE HIM!
