Prince in Micheal Jackson video. Many people don't know it but MJ asked Prince to be in his video for Bad.
Michael wanted Prince to play the bad guy in his bad video.We'd have had the 80's 2 biggest artists fighting in a New York parking garage. Anyway Prince refused and the part went to Wesely Snipes. Yes that's Wesely whom slaps Mike and says"Is this what they taught you at that sissy school of your?". Working up a purple sweat. | |

Actually so many people know about it its in the FAQ.
5.5 Has Prince ever worked with Michael Jackson? No. They have met, chatted, played table tennis, had dinner, and most likely discussed projects. It is believed that MJ offered to record "Bad" as a duet with Prince, but Prince turned the idea down flat. Prince also offered up "Wouldn't You Love To Love Me", but MJ turned it down. Prince was pencilled in to sing a line on MJ's joint composition "We Are The World", but he never ended up at the recording session....but that's a whole different story! I think Prince turned it down because he's another big artists who's totally different from Michael.
Prince really doesn't love Michael's style. He said in a 2000 interview that Michael was a plant placed by himself. Working up a purple sweat. | |

No, he didn't. In the interview, Prince was asked who would win in a fist fight - Prince or Michael Jackson? Prince laughed and then suggested jokingly to the rest of the people there that the questioner had been planted in the audience ... by himself. Moreover, he doesn't suggest anywhere during the press conference that he doesn't like Michael Jackson's style. . ALT+PLS+RTN: Pure as a pane of ice. It's a gift. |

Listing to the Bad song these days, it such an annyoing song? I think if there was ever a duet I think Bad would of been a terrible choice. | |
