Allegiance isn't a instrumental, it is the song he gave to Howard Hewitt. Prince's version sounds like a siren when it starts but it's really his voice.

One hell of a track, I must say. Another of the unreleased gems (unreleased by Prince, that is). I like what Howard Hewett did with it, but man....this would've been nice to hear on the radio from P back in...what was it....92?

Separated bass track? Doesn't sound like Allegiance. It sounds like Climax I think.
