I'm sure I'm missing something here, but weren't Gotta Stop (Messin' About) and Girl were released on the B-sides album? And surely Kiss (extended) is likely to be just the 12inch version...?

I guess if they were on a list to be voted for, there must have been something different about them.

Several reasons...

1. Lyrical content (the main reason CB2 won't get released).
2. Prince doesn't like looking at the past.
3. Fans bitched about CB1.

Crystal Ball 2 was almost finished and sequenced before it was shelved.
There was also going to be a Crystal Ball DVD released at the same time which
would feature videos for some of the tracks on CB1 & 2. But then Prince
'got religion' and the whole thing was shelved (mainly due to the lyrics).
