Today the eighteen year old kid at work asked me if I liked Led Zeppelin.
I said yes, in fact Page is probably my second favorite guitarist.

all the while the little guy is looking around like there has to be a hidden camera somewhere, so finally I change the subject by telling him I've seen Page live.

Physically or career wise?

Last night I was at a party and talking to a 32 year old girl from the UK.
I asked her what kind of music she liked and she said alot of 80´s stuff
so i got brave and told her that I was a Prince fan. She looked surprised
and said the last she hear of him was that he had killed his baby.
That ruined the rest of the night!!!!

I was at a card tournement this weekend and we got into the Bruce vs. Prince thing. Ofcourse I defended my man!
But in passing, it came out that one of the guys wifes is a BIG Prince fan. Since it's always exciting to hear that, I had to temper my comments to assure him that if she wants to hear stuff she's never heard before, she should contact our mutual friend.
