One guy I know used to work at this bar in the late eighties and said he remembered when Prince and Kim Basinger used to come in together. He said Prince would come in with an orange suit, tie everything matching and used to order a screwdriver to match his suit. Then he would come in with a perfectly matching green suit and order like a lime vodka drink that was green!

Another girl I went to school with said her cousin went to the Glam Slam in Mpls and Prince spent like an hour staring at her ala Purple Rain sceane but never talked to her. Just stared. Her cousin said she was really uncomfortable.

I worked with dancers saying that Prince and his boys used to come in to Solid Gold, a gentleman's club in the early ninites, sometimes. She said Prince seemed shy around a big group of people but one-on-one she said he was very personable and friendly.

I heard lots of people say Prince would just show up to Bunkers in Mpls and watch the bands quiet frequently.

Yeah. I wish he came to The Cabooze with Kip on Friday night in Mpls. I was hopin he was gonna show up.

He did appear at one of our parties at The Front in NE Mpls, but they don't hold parties there anymore. Unfortunatley I was not able to come the nights he was there even though I only lived 3 blocks from it

BUT the last party we had at The Front, he did show up when only 4 of us were there and he left

Seen him walk right in front of me into a club but that's bout it. The bouncer wouldn't let noone else in . "Exceeded Room Capacity" my ass!
