Well I kinda like it I guess, even tho its a lot slower. I like the intro as well, I miss the rythm guitar sound from the intro later on in the song a little tho. Always had a weak spot for this awesome song anyway, must have heard it a million times. Could you make available a higher quality version? Maybe even a lossless one (flac/ape/shorten) then I'll burn it on CDR and give it a spin on my real audio equipment instead of my shitty pc? Appreciate it.

Also, your voice kind of reminds me of Robert Palmer, who I've been missing lately. Nice work!

it sounds a lot like "Open Book". Cool.

Excelent version. loved it. just listened to life can be so nice to and it rocks. love the guitar in it. the only soft spot i found was when the music stops and you sing "no one plays the clarinet the way you play my heart..." the rest really rocked. now back to i would die 4 u, it gave me goosebumbs, awesome. And i do agree with the previous poster that your voice does sound quite similar to robert palmer. keep up the good work, and good luck. BTW, what is the name of your band?

It's just me myself and I now. I was fronting an Atlanta band called Blind Slim, and they'll be supporting me on this next year while I'm promoting the CD, but, the CD is just Beau Hall, nobody else.
