the GOLD experience I've done some reading up on the album and found that there was an early fonfiguration that was changed prior 2 the actual release of the album.. the crystal ball booklet ellaborates further on this pertaining to the track "Acknowledge Me", I also read that David Letterman was given a copy of the original fonfiguration, can someone please help with the tracklisting, out-takes , etc. Much appreciated .....Thank You..... | |

Prince performed Dolphin on the show, and David held up a CD copy that had a shiny cover. As to what the tracklist is, I've never seen stated, Letterman simply held up the CD, it had a shiney metallic cover, as opposed to the matt of the released version.
