2. Raspberry Beret - like the song but it sounds a bit to mainstream, like it was made for the 80's pop croud.

1: She's always in my hair is a wonderful song. One of my favs at that!

2: I love RB to death but, it reeks of the 80's. *the good kinda reek though*

Rasberry Beret is so poppish (new word) it hurts. She's Always In My Hair has to win every time. Both are a little dated but RB's age shows with the intro.

"Raspberry Berry"is pop.You either love it or you hate it.That is the definition of a true pop song.Think"Hit Me Baby One More Time"."She's Always In My Hair"is a great song.Not pop,but still a great song.The lyrics and the structure of the song haunt you,like "Closer"by Nine Inch Nails.

I love She Is Always In My Hair more, but I love Raspberry Beret as well. Both are good, neither dated.

Pop can be good too, in fact amazingly so, and I think both of these prove it. I think pop is underrated because of so many sucky "artists" nowadays.

Someone implied that SIAMH wouldn't be a pop song.... ..."I don't uderstand.." I admit, I have NO clear image of what "funk" is, but still....

Again, the extended version is the one to have. It's the b-side of the 12" Raspberry Beret, and Paisley Park (European 12").
