Man I miss those extended versions... I've been listening to Parade, Sign O' The Times and Lovesexy singles recently and the extended versions of trax like 'Mountains', 'Kiss', 'U Got the Look' and 'I Wish U Heaven' etc. just makes me realise how much I miss the old days.
I hate the multiple remixes done by other artists, but longer versions of songs are great 'Afters' when an album has been released. Anyone else think so? What song would you like to hear extended? | |

I like remixes, but it's definately a shame Prince decided to stop doing the extended versions of his singles.
A rather pedestrian track can be turned into a stomper with an extended version. Don't worry, I can't get pregnant - my ovaries are diseased...... | |

I would love to hear an extended version of She Loves Me 4 Me.That song is probably one of his best in the last 10 years, yet its over just as it gets going.Its got a chorus the size of an ocean and deserves to be created in2 a full blown epic.Or maybe its beauty is in its simplicity.....Who the fuck am i to say anyway?!?!?!

[Edited 6/9/05 4:32am] Dinner with Delores YEAH!!! 2 Whom It May Concern could benefit from a longer version, I always loved that b side. BTW does anyone know if the US Remix version of Another Lonely Christmas is different from the extended version (that appears without runningtime on the 'I Would Die 4 U' 12" with extra large label)? The version on the standard 'I Would Die 4 U' 12" is shorter. Hope that makes sense  | |

I miss extended versions too, but with some cool software on your PC, you can make your own remixes! I do all the time. It's goin' down y'all.
