My cousin's girlfriend cheated on him with Prince. By puppykitty on Wednesday, February 09, 2005 - 01:37 pm:Edit Post My cousin and his gf live in Minneapolis. The girlfriend was a model. She used to go to all these fabulous parties (without my cousin), and met Prince at one of them. I'm not clear on what happened, but I think Prince asked her out and they hung out a few times. I don't know what else happened - I wish I had some hot details. My cousin knew about it - he said his girlfriend and Prince were "just friends" but my grandma kept saying, "That's bullshit" and said she knew of some other rich guys that the girl was seeing. How the hell my grandma would know anything about it, I don't know. But anyway, people in my dinky little hometown swear up and down that she (my cousin's gf) is mentioned in one of Prince's songs. Once upon a time in the Purple Rain days I stood in line at a record store to meet Prince's bass player. I don't even remember the guy's name but I thought he was hella cool because when I asked him to draw me a picture instead of an autograph, he did and he drew a little cartoon of a vulva, which if you looked closely at it was made out of the letters of his name.
