this'll be hard for me to tune out, because i love a trashy awards show...the world music awards are my favorite, as they've given lifetime achievement awards to acts like aqua and gloria gaynor (not that she doesn't deserve it, mind you), and it's the only awards show where i've seen a cut to prince in the audience looking visibly mortified while watching jordy the five year old french rapper (it's hard being a baby! )...fortunately i don't have cable, so i'll most likely be missing it whether i want to or not.
