I dont know if this is against the rules or not but I am always heraing about free dvds and i have no idea what people people are talking about can someone help me out

are you thinking perhaps about the free copies of the musicology CD that were handed out with concert tickets during his tour last year?

no in bootleg forums always say how "free dvds are not always quality" and things like that and i have no idea what they are talking about

i dunno, but it's probably something we can't talk about on this site...

Problem is .... fans who have them most probably already own the DVD's you own yourself, so a swap isn't possible ...
so A LITTLE payment is normal to attain those fan-made DVD's
(read: VHS recordings transferred to DVD .... or something like that)
