Save your gas. It's not worth the trip.
The purple jacket from 1999 is there, a yellow cloud guitar a tamboracca and some album and 45 covers are in a small case in the freaking corner of the back of the building.

Agreed. I have been there numerous times. They don't have enough memorable stuff of P's that it would be worth of a trip. They more stuff from other artist.

Want some pix of what's inside the RRHOF in Cleveland? Head on over to The Detroit Crawl's special page on the 2004 induction.

6 of the records in that display belong to...ME! I've mentioned that before here. The curator I talked to said Prince wasn't helping them at all with items on display. From what I understand, the CEO of the RRHOF worked for or is working for Warner Brothers records.

I think everyone should visit the Hall, It is filled with lots of wonderful things other than Prince. I am a huge fan of Rock N Roll history and I could spend all day at the Hall. The display on Les Paul is excellent. There is also a great display about music videos and MTV that is really cool. The movie spotlighting all the inductees since year one of inductions is the highlight of the day for me everytime I go there, I wish they would release it to video. I also really like the display of the forefathers of rock. Great early music, pre-dating the Rock N Roll era of 1955. I think it is worth the trip myself.
Making love and music are the only things worth fighting for.
