Let's face it - we tend 2 get used 2 the notion of hearing a new album every year (give or take). And so when we enter a "dead" period like now when there's no confirmation of a new Prince album, some people get a little antsy. I personally see it as a time 2 reflect on all the great stuff he's put out over the years.

Why not re-evaluate your favorite albums? I, for one, have always had and Come in my top 5, but after listening 2 the One Nite Alone piano album and The Truth over the past few years, I'm thinking I need 2 re-think. Is Lovesexy still my favorite? I don't know now. I'm not so sure I can choose "favorites" anymore.

Bottom line - think of this time period as a positive thing. Maybe he'll put an album out this year, maybe he won't. Either way, we have so much other enlightening, memorable, and simply kick-ass music of his 2 listen 2 anytime.

Prince is now into downloading his new music on the NPG music club.Im a CD fan myself instead of this new modern technology.Come on Prince give us fans CDs as i aint into MP3s.
