I'll let you know once I listen to the whole thing. I only heard the first track, and it was pretty funky (with some clever lyrics too).
NEW WAVE FOREVER: SLAVE TO THE WAVE FROM THE CRADLE TO THE GRAVE.

I think you should get it. It has funk, dance, and a couple of nice ballads.
It should entertain you for a few weeks.

How would U compare it 2 Musicology?

Musicology was on my regular rotation for like two months b4 I lost interest.

With 10 tracks and a running time of 49 minutes, it's a little shorter, but
it seems to be more real than Musicology, which seemed a little watered down
for the masses. I would take it over Musicology if I had to choose. If you
get it, go here and download the artwork.

I just downloaded it a couple weeks ago and I must admit
I love it. Very smooth funk- r&b sound
upbeat and easy to listen to. I enjoyed Musicology but I find this
album more interesting but to really compare you'd have to ask me
a year from now razz

Stand out tracks for me:
Sexme, Sexme not
Return of the Bumpsquad
Supercute (I can't stop playing this one)
If you will, so will I

I've listened to it a lot more than Musicology.
Had most of the tracks for about 3 years now n
I still listen to them regularly.

Musicology kind of dropped off my radar after
the first few months.

It's a great album and you won't regret the
8 dollars it costs to get it. It's fun and
cool with some moments of absolute genius.

I love Chocolate Invasion much more than Musicology. I am still getting a kick out of The Marrying Kind, though.

You should definitely get it if only for Judas Smile and Supercute.

I don't like The Dance. Underneath the Cream is pretty cool but my forever favorites are When Eye Lay My Hands On U and U Make My Sun Shine.

It's a live performance of a track from the "Exodus" album
by the NPG, released in 1994 or 1995, can't remember.

I downloaded it a month ago and I got to say, I love it. I like it a little more than Musicology because TCI actually has stand out songs on it. It's a fun album. My favorite tracks are:

When I Lay My Hands On U
Judas Smile
Sex Me Sex Me Not
Vavoom
The Dance
I'm not a fan of "old Prince". I'm not a fan of "new Prince". I'm just a fan of Prince. Simple as that
