There's a tour book for 03 - the programme sold on the 'World Tour 2003'

(The '95 tour was 'The Ultimate Live Experience' - but I'm sure that was just a slip)

Additionally, there was a Japanese variation on the Lovesexy Tour programme issued for the 1989 Japanese leg of the tour.
