In our area, homeless people will often hire a cab if they've got the money when it's raining, so they've got a dry place to stay for a while that's safe and where they won't be harassed by police or the rowdy rich kids who think it's funny to beat up homeless folks. I've always thought that this character is out looking for the Anti-Christ. He always has to be anonymously on the move. Living his life in a Taxi cab would help him do that. I'm only sayin.....
