ok, i confess... I don't own Prince's One Night Alone CD.
So what am I missing?  Haters travel in packs and they are offended or threatened by klhk, haters express intense hostility toward the subject of hate. Haters are annoyed and roll thier eyes when klhk is paid a compliment. ask yourself, are u a hater? | |

i just finised listening 2 it
it's pretty good 
i wouldnt spend 50$ on a live cd tho, eventho its 3cds but hey i got it 4 free so it's all good | |

I must say you are missing out.
Some of the most tight cohesive live stuff he has put out yet(and thats saying somthing). It aint over! tracks 4-8 make it worth buying alone. His return to guitar based music is like finding an oasis in the middle of a desert of bad hip hop beats. He has got some of the best on the planet right now. Renato rocks my socks off. Thank jebus there is still people who play music like this! Late at night when the world is sleepin...You are frightened... | |

You claim to be a Prince fan and you need convincing?
would it help if I told you he does awesome renditions of some of his more obscure songs like joy in repitition and anna stasia. or he does a piano medley thats smooth as a babys behind. That his screaming guitar was back from new jack hell with a vengence. Just ask yourself this: is it better to give or recieve? Liek I said before, after teh dissapointment and horrific sounds of TRC, Prince albums are no longer on my "must have" list! I only have Musicology because it was free at the concerts and I still haven't listened to the whole album yet. I never even bothered to listen to a bit ONA until last night and it's sounded liek one of P's better albums. I'm surprised! I don't own this boxset either but i must say i love Lovesexy. Whenever you're bored just put it in your computer and listen as you're on the org or something. It's worth it. | |

But you're right, I haven't listened to it, my attention span is too short and I can't tolerate the continued tracks. Lovesexy isn't even a long album, and your attention span should be refreshed after hearing familiar tracks like "Alphabet St" "When 2 R In Love" and "  Wish U Heaven".

i can't understand how somebody can say that the rainbow children is horrific sounds .maybe you don't like his religic message but music is powerful that overwhealms that part of trc.
never ever prince sounded so organic so spontanius as he was on trc. not only is it my favourite all time prince album.it's my all time favourite record ever. maybe you are not ready for the rainbow children but eventuall ,you will. | |

I'll find the time to listen to lovesexy and reexamine TRC some day. ehh...I'll deal with any enemies that may come...I ain't scared a no ghost! I don't agree with everything you say...I just don't get offended and pitch a fit over it either....
