What twilight zone was Prince in when he cut this track. Its so trippy and deep but still so fun. Was it 98 or 99?

Compare that type of message or preaching he tried on Slaughterhouse or Y should eye do that..completely blows them out of the water.

I'd love to know who was actually there and what the mood was like. were there overdubs in the relase?
