1000$/ week? WTF. Is it really true that prince bandmember got only 1000 $ / week on the parade tour? WTF( i read this in the book pop life --> there is an interview with brown mark ). It not very much for a bandmenber of a megastar! What do u think of it?  | |

In that same interview,BrownMark said that he was offered three (or four?) times that amount to tour with Stevie Nicks.Was she trying to "steal" Prince's bassplayer away from him? LOL | |

not to sound all fammy or anything, but for all the things they got to experience, and to be remembered as the band that recorded some of prince's most legendary albums, i wouldn't be grousing too much about making $1,000 a week in the mid-80s...i'm sure there were one or two perks included in the deal. | |
