In other words, could this have been one session (along with the requisite finishing touches etc later)?

It has a certain continuity, the title is suggestive....

....and it could explain why he chose to release what many consider to be an all too short CD.

What do you think?

Actually, the 'talk' is that all the songs were recorded in one session.. that is probably why it is gonna special 2 me.. knowing that it was..

the other songs are...nice. it is all prince except for some light cymbal work by Blackwell on two tracks, and the doves doing vox

iyts a very quiet album, obviously. some tracks like one night alone are still intense. A playful song, Objects in the Mirror, sounds like she loves me 4 me pt 2...not bad.

Avalanche as most of us have heard is quite nice. I like it much better than the live performance...the pacing was much too slow and awkward on stage.

its 35 minutes...i usually prefer Quality over Quantitity...but in this case the Quality aint THAT great

but hey, thats just my opinion...the way i see it, i paid my membership, got into a great soundcheck and afterparty, etc...i spent that $100 months ago, i cant sit and watch it balance out everyday

Hey, i don't get that? the CD quality TRC is considerably better than the mp3 version. much greater depth and seperation etc?

maybe i misunderstood?
