sacrfise of victor guy =same guy from rave 2000 dvd ?-no way i was watching sacrfise of victore show last nite ,and i come to a conclusion
that there is no way it is the same guy. guitar player from sacrfise of victor had passion, intesity, punch which that other guy from rave didn't have at all. i mean how come someone who played so good can play so bad. i realy try to enjoy rave 2000 dvd. but to my ears his playing on it looks like a bird trying to fly ,but eventualy never flies away.

Judging from my experience listening to several bootlegs...I would say that there are some concerts where he is very guitar-driven and others where he doesn´t seem to be so.
When he is guitar-driven, he really seems to enjoy playing and plays real great...

One thing you can say about Prince looking back at all his past performances, he really loves to vary things. It's rare that one era looks like another. Sometimes his guitar playing is very impassioned, sometimes he puts on a more stately solid professional performance.
His variety is the key to his success I reckon. Okay, sometimes he's gone down some duff routes, but that's all part of the process, sometimes you have to take a few steps back to go forward.
