...that prince has never done a bad song!!

every song that prince has done, i will state, has a unique quality.
every song has its mood.
though one does not quite dig a certain song, one must admit that every single one of them has a certain part, riff, qvote, frase, lick, whisper, solo, or something that does the trick, and prooves the man's sublimity and pure genius.

challenge me, and name me a song that you believe i won't be able to find "the trick or the tricks" in - i will proove you wrong.

..and before you det started, let me tell you about the (few) good things about JUGHEAD:
1.when prince sings "oh yeah, bold steps must be taken" (sounds coooool)
2.the guitar solo is quite nice too
3.at the very ending, the funky riffs from the synth horn or clav synth or whatever sound it is, is very funky!

so...get it on!

I dont think theres any song Prince has done which is universally unappreciated by everyone , e.g I've no problems with the usual suspects in a thread like this ie Jughead , Arms Of Orion etc

Duh! The quality of Prince's songs are always based on someone's opinion. Prince has never written a bad song. It may not be a fact but you cannot disprove it either. So Prince has never written a bad song-prove me wrong.

Prince is a talented musician and writer so even his "worst" songs have
their postive points like a great guitar solo, or piano intro, or a clever chorus. But unfortunately (and fortunately) the judgement of a song is a
subjective opinion thats generally based on the quality of the sum of its
parts, so most of us do find certain songs more of less appealing that others
thus giving you the "bad song". To say there is no bad song is just your feeling
