although it's a very good track and fcuz it won a grammy
i can't help but feel that the quality of the rest of the
songs contained on this disc is far superior.
the brilliant shifts in mood, as if a thunderstorm slides
between earth and the smoldering sun on a summer's eve
that transgresses on the disc is just phenomenal
some of the best songcraft for over two decades has been
displayed on this extended single, that feels more like
a short album by any means.
trust prince to make a single with 7 brand new tracks on
it that sound like nothing that came before or is likely
to come after.
a testament to his brilliance, no a shining icon amids the
pantheon of music he recorded before, these seven songs
stand on a pedestal high above the musical mights of our
generation and that of generations to come.
Orpheus would be disfigured from envy upon hearing such
a delicate interwoven tapestry of sound and emotion.
