So far, the hardest ones for me have been "The Gold Experience" and "Crystal Ball" 5 Disc. I did have to buy "The Gold Experience" used, and I downloaded "Crystal Ball" 5 Disc from Prince, and put it on a CD myself.....saved alot of money doing it that way. smile

I was going to post "Apollonia 6" as well but you beat me to the punch. There is a CD copy going for more than $150.00 on Ebay as we speak(Now that is how $$$ for six songs?) eek

Folks, a lot of the Prince CD's you're looking for are available right now at www.secondspin.com , including (as of Saturday morning) two copies of the Black Album! Just enter "Prince" in the artist search. biggrin

I've bought a lot of stuff from them over the years: good service, modest shipping charges, and I don't think I've ever got a bad CD from them. And they provide reasonably-priced airmail delivery of CD's (with liner notes but without a jewel case) to customers outside the U.S.
cool

P.S. No I don't get a kickback for endorsing them, just trying to help y'all out! music

These prices seem too good to be true. Are these used CD's? How can one tell, there's nothing that says that
Don't hurt me, I'm a newb. I'm supposed to be stupid.

Randomly found Exodus in a Wherehouse Music store. Still can't find Gold Nigga anywhere but E-Bay for a crapload of money.

Ditto...I stumbled across Exodus last September, mis-filed under another artist, in a Dallas used CD store!! Still had to pay $12 or $13 for it...

Jill Jones (was this one ever released on cd by the way???)

yes it is, I bought my copy back in '87 directly after the Sign O' The Times concert in Utrecht, just found it in a recordstore. They were playing her cd while waiting for Prince at the concert.....just like Madhouse 8....

I think it's funny 2 c Prince 'fams' on his videos. Some of them are the BIGGEST bootleggers of them ALL.

It's out of print so the ones you're seeing are probably very old leftovers from the last shipment.

I dont care too much for the Crystall Ball-box, to many mediocre 90's tracks on it, but i wouldnt mind to find The Truth as a single cd in some recordstore wink

i useta have it but someone stole it from me. pout

it was okay - the booklet was round and i think there was one extra pic of prince in the liner notes - like a portrait of him lookin' all shadowy and stuff. nice pic, actually. otherwise, you're not missing out on a whole lot if you have the normal version.

I actually have the Batcan and never saw any other type of release. Oh boy, if anyone stole my Prince stuff and I knew who did it. There would be hell to pay.
