Stories behind the songs wish: Adore

I wish there was a book like many artists have about each and every song and the story behind them. Specifically Adore. I want to know about the recording session for that one so bad.

Pick up the book "DMSR Prince: The First Decade" by Per Nilsen. It's a good book and talks about many songs. Unfortunately I don't recall any mention of Adore off hand. If I had 2 guess I'd say it was inspired by Susannah since many of those songs were written during the revolution era.
