An Honest Man Lyrics... Who has them and wants to share?
Not the short Crystal Ball version, but the longer unreleased version... Pretty please? |

You know the one I am talking to, the REAL lyrics as sung by Prince on August 24, 1986, at the Le New Morning club in Paris.
The instrumental version is played in Under The Cherry Moon. Does anyone have a version of that? |

Are u serious? Don't u have the MOVIE? The lyrics are SO simple:

I didn't even know that a longer vocal version than the one on Crystal Ball existed.  and true love lives on lollipops and crisps | |

The version in UTCM is instrumental. I think... I havent seen the movie in ages....
It also might be Mia Bocca I am talking about, sumthing like that, but I thought that An Honest Man was in there somewhere too... Anyways, Isten, the CB version is whack compared to the real thing... |

There's a studio rehearsal of this song. It's starts out with Prince, Lisa & Wendy saying something in the background then Prince plays a speeded up version of what's played at the begininng of UTCM 2 a Linn drum beat and casually singing the lyrics above. | |

The best version of this is on a Parade tour rehearsal bootleg , its sooo much better than the lame version on Crystal Ball , and it has got lots more lyrics I think ? Its the one he performs "Go" on as well. Check out Chocadelica , updated with Lotusflow3r and MPLSound album lyrics April 2nd 2009 :
