There are Prince songs from 1994 to now that are of the same caliber of the 78-93 songs. Everyone knows Prince didn't usually pick the best songs to release as singles recently. At least two of the songs above aren't even officially Prince songs.

Some of his "New classics" are missing. "Pussy Control", "The Ride" "Days of Wild" "Face Down". I challenege anyone bitching about Prince's post 1993 song quality being weak to make an 18 song compilation of songs from 1994-now that match any of the Hits compilations.

That's more than I thought I'd come up with but I think that could work.

As someone has already remarked, the comparison between the suggested third volume and the previous two is really a glaring insight into the lack of quality 'stand-alone' tracks.

I prefer the second of the two suggested lists - but really both are very poor in comparion. I would go as far to say I prefer more on the B-sides collection than either of the suggested third volumes.
