It's his best movie.
It has a good storyline, which is simple to follow and actually tells a story. Purple Rain's storyline was lousy. As for Grafitti Bridge, that's a whole different beast to wrestle  [Edited 4/4/05 16:06pm] | |

What do I think of Prince in UTCM?
  
He's gorgous!!!! I love this movie! This is one of my favs. I don't think I could ever get sick of it. I think this is when Prince looked his best..... at least to me.  Everytime I comb my hair

I know everyone loves him but Tricky /Jerome whatever his name is ,is so annoying in UTCM he is a bad actor ,not as funny as Morris was in P Rain 
he just is in too many scenes and annoys me ,and that stupid face he made all the time ,but Prince was sexy although he could have picked an actress who was sexy Prince and Kristen(whatever) MarySharon had NO chemistry  | |

I have 2 say, even if i wasn't a prince fan that prince's acting is actually very good, He acts soo much better in this film than he did in PR, (i belive so anyway) I fink this is because prince was more him self in this movie.
This movie should of been huge world wide, but i reckon it was 2 ahead of its time! Keenmeister |

He was awesome. But then again I think anything he did in the 80's was awesome. My only complaint was that there was just too much of him in the movie, especially since he directed it.
Otherwise the movie and the music was awesome.  NEW WAVE FOREVER: SLAVE TO THE WAVE FROM THE CRADLE TO THE GRAVE. | |
