I thought about this many times. For me, it would have to include
Glam Slam live version (incl Hair/7779311 and ferocious bass outro) Paisley Park live version (from crystal ball) Love4oneAnother live version One More Jam live in montreal Live Copenhagen version (from the ONA tour) Guitar Solo version (from NPGMC Ahdio show) Live in Belgium (jam of the year tour)** Studio version long Studio version edit ** "Belgium...do you have..a crystal...ball" and true love lives on lollipops and crisps

I've always thought it would be great to have a 45-minute non-stop studio groove of this, going off into tangents in the way many of the live versions did during the '90s - possibly even so it could be tracked into 9 or 10 'tracks' (maybe including parts of Hair, Soul Man, If You Want Me To Stay etc.), but designed to be listened to as one full-on funk attack.
Man, I've spent way more time thinking about that than it's worth, considering it never happened and never will...
