You wouldn't see him?

Prince is the type that would do the hits, but do underground shows in Vegas everynight at 3am somewhere

I dunno, Prince likes smaller enviroments. LV is a town for mischief,women,and hig dollar lifestyle. All fit well with Prince.

I could see him doing shows in a theater once a week.

Back when Prince really wasn't touring the US and I hadn't seen him live yet, I told a friend that the only way I'd end up getting to see Prince was when I was 50 years old and he was playing Las Vegas. I'd be screaming in the crowd and throwing my panties up to him.

Turns out, I've seen him in LV twice since then. I have not reached 50 yet and there was no panty throwing involved.

Vegas really could work for Prince. It's close to LA and there's a lot going on there to get inspiration from. Not only do you have the obvious, sex, booze and gambling, but you have all the angst that goes along with it.

I agree with ElectricBlue. He could do a show or two each night (or a couple times a week) and be underground the rest of the time.

Could it work for him? I think so. Would he do it? I DON'T think so. And I don't know if I'd want him to.

The closest thing to that now is Purple Reign at the Boardwalk Casino. They're pretty good.
