What's your favorite arrangement of songs Prince has played often?

I'm taking about songs Prince often played over the years like When Doves Cry,Purple Rain,Kiss,1999,Do Me Baby,Baby I'm A Star,Controversy,Delerios,Raspberry Beret,Let's Go Crazy and Little Red Corvette.

This is tough but I'll try to answer myself...

When Doves Cry-The Nude tour version is my very favorite. Honorable mentions to the Musicology version,Parade version,JOTY,SOTT and Lovesexy re-arrangements. Never cared for the Purple Rain tour version.

Purple Rain-Anytime he does a full length version is PR at it's best. The Purple Rain tour and the Musicology tour really are standouts to me.

1999-The pre-horn versions from the 1999/Triple Threat and Purple Rain tours are great. The Nude tour too because there was no horn!

Kiss-This is really a tough one. The Parade and Musicology renditions are ok but most other ones are better to me.Maybe I'll go with the 87/88 arrangement.

Do Me Baby-Hands down the Controversy tour version. P put his all into that nightly. Shout outs to the 1999/Triple Threat version that was nearly the same.

Baby I'm A Star-The Nude tour to me is how you close a show!!! The PR tour version was good too but can't take over that 1990 arrangement.

Controversy-Nude and Musicology are standouts for me.Between the two, the 2004 arrangemnt takes it.Something about the opening to the 1999/Triple Threat tour wasn't always alive enough to me.

Delerious-No question. They've all been pretty good but can't hold a candle to the pre-horn Purple Rain version.

Rasberry Beret-One Night Alone's rendition was the very best, most into it versions ever in my opinion. The acoustic version on the Musicology tour was nice too. That half hearted JOTY thing from the later part of the 90's was just ho hum.

Let's Go Crazy-Like Kiss, most arrangements have been great but maybe I'll go with both Musicology and the 87/88 ones.

Little Red Corvette-The long version like the dance remix P did in 1983 was perfect! The 2004 renditions are the absolute next in line after that to me.
