Anyone heard Ani DiFranco do "When U were mine"? It's very passable and enjoyable. She does it a little bit slower and it's just her and an acoustic guitar. Mmmmmm. | |

Haven't heard that. I hate to say it but the worst Prince cover I've heard (even worse than Tom Jones doing kiss) is Ani doing "When Doves Cry". |

WTF!?! I am at the library and it's all I could do to not laugh aloud. Those are HORRIBLE. I rescind my earlier vote of Kiss by Tom Jones. These covers aren't even good enough to belong in the  ! Whomever produced that should have their hearing taken away!
Update: I just went back for more punishment and I have to say that I think the Delirious cover is worse than Darlin' Nikki & Girls & Boys!! [Edited 3/29/05 15:47pm] The check. The string he dropped.
