hey ,,i been listening to parade ,,man that album is awesum ,,,i love the album as a whole but "mountains is my fave ,,,and even the album title trak undera cherry moon ,,i can tell this style was an influence (and they even imitated it )for early FAITH NO MORE and MR BUNGLE mike patton has been influenced by this album im sure ....

its deffinetly the most under appriciated in the Prince Catalogue.

i know never take into account what critics write, but thats why i felt the album was under appriciated, in turth the album isnt structured (but thats not a bad thing) and its hard for the non hardcore fans to lap up after hearing the singles.

A truely unique sound productioin in it's time.
Another step for Prince to totally piss off PR fans who weren't able to handle the ryde divine!

i fully agree,,,it has no structure,and the production threw even me off for a nanosecond..i too read multiple neg reviews on this,one guy saying hed never listen to it again after hearing the album once ,,what a knob,,anyway its a classic
